IDENTIFY NEIGBORHOODS
By identifying neighborhoods in each state, county, and city we’re able to create buy-in from local collaborative stakeholders. Local and cultural awareness sets the initial foundation for ambassador creation.
COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS
We collaborate with local stakeholders who influence the neighborhood including institutions of higher learning, secondary schools, and community centers. Each stakeholder becomes a source of fostering economic empowerment.
FORM NSP AMBASSADOR CHAPTERS
A Next Step Progress college chapter and community chapter is comprised of women and men who carry out the vision of the movement. Each ambassador is trained in financial acumen while incorporating micro-culture, social justice and inclusion competencies. Together the chapter embraces accountability with each other and the community.
